Returns and exchanges
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective merchandise, and we accept exchanges. Requests must reach us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returned merchandise must be new; non-defective returns, including a change of mind, personal preference, or selection error, must be new, unused, in original condition, and include the original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Returns are made by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the package, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Before mailing a return, email breazyydiscord123@gmail.com for approval. Once approved, we will confirm the correct return address and instructions. Exchanges depend on available inventory.
Send the order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. For damage, defect, wrong merchandise, missing parts, or a material difference from the description, also provide photos or video of the item and packaging. After approval, we process and initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
